Karen Morris, Development Director

Karen comes to TransAccess with 23 years experience working in the Aerospace industry – Ford Aerospace, Loral and Lockheed. She was the Department Manager for Equipment Activation managing manufacturing assembly, inventory and production control as well as field installation and installation design. Special projects included PeopleSoft Operating systems installation as a functional lead.

She joined the non profit sector 8 years ago working for
Easter Seals Central California and Project HIRED before joining TransAccess. She is responsible for fundraising, events, communications and marketing.

Karen is a graduate from Sawyer Business College. She is an Ambassador for the San Jose Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and Rotary.
